Job summary

The role involves working closely with Customer Success Managers to resolve complex infrastructure and configuration issues, diagnose technical problems, automate support tasks with scripts, and support customer onboarding, primarily acting as the technical bridge between Customer Success and Engineering.

Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Engineer will own onboarding for enterprise accounts and configure integrations across various security and IT tools. Qualifications

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Consulting or Sales Engineering within the cybersecurity or SaaS sectors. Proficiency in endpoint security, cloud platforms, and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell is required, along with strong executive communication skills.
