Job summary

Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care, executing nursing procedures, documenting care, monitoring patient conditions, aiding Activities of Daily Living, collaborating with care teams, and educating patients and families.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, including medication administration and clinical treatments. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient transfers, discharges, and family education.

Qualifications

Requires a degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma) and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification is required, while ACLS is preferred.
