Job summary

The role involves providing direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation hospital, including performing medical procedures, documenting care, monitoring patients, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families.

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care using the nursing process, including medication administration, clinical treatments, and monitoring patient conditions. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care and provides essential education to patients and their families.

Qualifications
