Job summary

Provides nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation hospital, including administering medication, performing clinical treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, monitors patient conditions, and advocates for patient well-being.

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care using the nursing process, including medication administration, clinical treatments, and monitoring patient conditions. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and provide essential patient and family education.

Qualifications

ACLS advocacy clinical treatments collaboration communication CPR/BCLS medication administration patient care patient documentation patient education

Requires a degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma) and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification is required, while ACLS is preferred.
