Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to serve as a technical advisor and strategic owner for enterprise accounts, driving adoption of voice AI solutions, troubleshooting, and expanding customer relationships within a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion. Drive product adoption through technical workshops, architecture guidance, and the development of AI-driven workflows to eliminate recurring tasks.

Qualifications

APIs Customer Management Sales Engineering Solution Design Troubleshooting Workflow Automation

Requires significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, solutions engineering, or enterprise CS within API-driven or AI companies. Candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical depth, commercial growth capability, and an AI-native operating mindset.
