A Registered Nurse (RN) Home Infusion role focusing on providing infusion therapy in patients' homes, offering one-on-one care, patient education, and working in a flexible schedule throughout New York City.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment. Manage infusion therapies while traveling to patient homes throughout the five boroughs of New York City.

Qualifications

Communication IV Therapy Nursing Patient Care Time Management

Requires a current Registered Nurse license in New York, at least one year of nursing experience, and strong IV insertion skills. Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and current CPR certification.
