Job summary

Provides high-quality infusion care in patients' homes, requiring clinical expertise, compassion, and accountability, to support complex therapy management outside traditional clinical settings.

Responsibilities

Provide direct home infusion nursing care, including IV insertion, medication administration, and monitoring for adverse reactions. Collaborate with physicians and internal care teams to ensure continuity of care and accurate documentation of patient activities.

Requires a current New York RN license and at least two years of nursing experience. Candidates must possess IV certification and proficiency in central line management and phlebotomy.
