Responsibilities

The Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care, administers medications, and implements nursing plans in home or alternate site settings. They also educate patients and families, maintain clinical documentation, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and have at least one year of nursing experience. A current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle are also required.
