Mobile Maintenance Engineer with mechanical and plumbing expertise to perform planned and reactive maintenance across client sites, ensuring building services operate safely, efficiently, and compliantly. Responsibilities include fault-finding, repairs, system diagnostics, plant operation, and safety compliance in a mobile role supporting multiple sites.

Responsibilities

The engineer will perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems across various commercial client sites. Responsibilities include fault finding, plant inspections, and ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

BMS systems Boilers Fault finding HVAC systems Mechanical systems Plumbing systems PPM Pumps Reactive maintenance Sanitary systems

Candidates must hold a City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Plumbing qualification and possess previous experience in a commercial building services environment. Strong practical knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to work independently across multiple sites are essential.
