Job summary

Perform planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, and minor installations on commercial heating, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ensure safety, efficiency, and contractual compliance across client sites.

Responsibilities

The technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial heating, plumbing, and mechanical systems across various client sites. They are also responsible for minor installations, emergency call-outs, and ensuring all work complies with safety and contractual standards.

Qualifications

Customer service Fuel system maintenance Health & Safety regulations Heating & Plumbing systems Minor installation works Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Reactive repairs Stock management Troubleshooting mechanical issues Use of CAFM systems such as Maximo

Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, Heating, or Mechanical Engineering and possess experience in commercial building maintenance. A full UK driving licence and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations are essential for this role.
