Job summary

A Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer ensures the maintenance of environmental conditions and critical building systems through PPM, reactive work, and fault-finding in HVAC, water systems, and generators, with optional electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance on mechanical plant and building systems, including HVAC, water systems, and generators. Complete required paperwork, meet contractual KPIs and SLAs, maintain safe and tidy plant rooms, and coordinate with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Electrical Fault Finding HVAC Mechanical Engineering Plumbing

Applicants must have formal training in a mechanical engineering discipline, such as HVAC or plumbing, at City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 2. At least two years of experience in a similar role is required; basic electrical knowledge is desirable.
