Job summary

The Inside Sales Representative supports customer accounts by managing inquiries, processing orders, providing quotations, and ensuring timely deliveries, all while maintaining high customer service standards and contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities

Support sales representatives in managing new and existing accounts by handling customer inquiries, orders, quotes, returns, credits, invoicing, and order expediting. Coordinate delivery commitments, resolve customer concerns, manage website inquiries and customer records, and prepare proposals and product information.
