Job summary

An Account Manager role supporting food retail clients, managing service delivery, stakeholder relations, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day service to a leading food retail client, manage internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate project capacity and client priorities. Develop client relationships, identify opportunities to expand services, represent Ashbury in client meetings, report on performance, and handle client feedback.

Qualifications

Account Management Attention to Detail Communication Excel IT Skills Networking PowerPoint Process Development Project Management

Requires at least one year of account management or project management experience, ideally in FMCG or food retail. Candidates should have strong communication and networking skills, be organised and accurate, work well in a team, and have good IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
