Job summary

Build relationships with community partners, deliver resources, and expand behavioral health access in Katy, TX. Responsible for market strategy, community engagement, and supporting referral networks with in-person and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and manage relationships with clinical referral partners. Conduct field visits 4-5 days per week to engage with patients, providers, and parents while synthesizing market feedback to inform product strategies.

Qualifications

Microsoft Office Salesforce Zoom communication project management relationship building sales

Requires 1-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the healthcare industry. Candidates must be based in Katy, TX, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and project management skills.
