Job summary

The role involves providing visual and audible monitoring of patients, responding to their needs, ensuring safety, and assisting medical staff and patients as directed. Requires high school diploma, CPR/BLS certification, and preferably 1-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Provide continuous visual and audible observation of assigned patients to ensure safety and prevent at-risk behaviors. Collaborate with nursing staff to report patient condition changes and assist with basic patient needs and room orderliness.

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a CPR/AED or BLS-HCP certification within 30 days of hire. Candidates must be physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
