Job summary

The Patient Observation Assistant provides visual and audible monitoring of patients, responds to their needs, and ensures a safe environment under nurse supervision, working in shifts at a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

Provides continuous visual and audible observation of assigned patients to ensure their safety and well-being. Assists with patient needs, redirects at-risk behaviors, and promptly escalates medical concerns to nursing staff.

Qualifications
