Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides high-level service for retail and installer customers, assisting with sales, inventory, and in-store services, including some automotive-related tasks. Bilingual ability and customer service skills are encouraged, with opportunities for technical training and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through inventory management, stocking, and performing basic in-store vehicle services.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish are highly desired.
