Job summary

Certified Nursing Assistant / Hospice Aide provides compassionate care to patients, assisting with personal care, vital signs, and communication of patient status to the hospice team, supporting families, and maintaining safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Provides compassionate personal care, exercise, and ambulation to patients while recording vital signs and reporting status changes to the RN. Performs essential household services and participates in weekend rotation for scheduled patient visits.

Qualifications

Communication Skills Computer Skills Patient Care Teamwork Vital Signs Measurement

Requires successful completion of a Certified Nurse Aide program with current certification and good standing with state regulations. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
