Job summary

The Commercial Account Handler manages client accounts, builds relationships, reviews documentation, supports renewal processes, and assists senior team members in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients while working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives. Additionally, you will assist Commercial Account Executives in maintaining high levels of renewal retention and processing data accurately on company systems.

Qualifications

Attention to Detail Customer Service Data Processing Insurance Knowledge Relationship Building

You must have strong attention to detail for reviewing client documentation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. A willingness to learn and progress your professional qualifications is essential for this role.
