Job summary

A proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for supporting recruitment activities in a busy HR environment, managing the candidate experience, coordinating interviews, and supporting early careers recruitment within BakerHicks.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract roles while coordinating Early Careers activity. They will also support hiring managers, maintain the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidates should have experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within professional services, and possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
