Job summary

The Maintenance Supervisor manages a maintenance team within the Maintenance & Facilities Teams, ensuring the completion of engineering tasks in line with statutory, cGMP and EHS guidelines. The role involves overseeing work scheduling, performance, safety, contractor activities, and compliance across the site in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Manage an internal maintenance team to complete engineering tasks in compliance with statutory, cGMP, and EHS guidelines. Oversee workload planning, performance management, and ensure all maintenance activities meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

CMMS Contractor Management engineering tasks GxP and EHS guidelines maintenance management performance monitoring Preventive Maintenance Team Supervision Troubleshooting Work Order Management

The role requires experience in managing maintenance teams and engineering activities within a regulated environment. Candidates must be skilled in CMMS usage, GxP compliance, and the management of contractors and site procedures.
