Job summary

A leadership role for a Maintenance Engineer in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, responsible for team management, machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, data-driven performance improvements, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of multi-skilled engineers to optimize manufacturing equipment and processes in a GMP-regulated environment. Manage maintenance schedules and data integrity using CMMS and ERP platforms to reduce downtime and ensure clinical quality standards.

Qualifications

CMMS platforms Data Analysis Electrical Engineering Health & Safety Maintenance Planning Mechanical Engineering Root Cause Analysis Team Leadership Troubleshooting

Requires post-qualification experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within high-speed manufacturing (Cosmetics, Pharma, or Food) and proven leadership experience. Proficiency in CMMS platforms and strong fault-finding capabilities are essential.
