Job summary

Seeking a registered nurse with PCU/Stepdown experience to provide high-acuity patient care, monitor complex medical conditions, and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care for adult patients with intermediate-acuity needs, including continuous monitoring and complex nursing interventions. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage medical conditions and support the safe progression of patient care.

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or a compact state and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. A minimum of two years of recent acute-care experience is required, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications.
