Seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support nursing staff in providing bedside care to patients in a hospital-based environment, primarily in Medical-Surgical department. Requires relevant certifications and experience in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

The Patient Care Assistant serves as a support resource to the nursing staff to provide high-quality care to patients. They are responsible for delivering bedside care and support within a hospital-based environment.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support Bedside Care CNA Medical-Surgical Nursing Support Patient Care PCT

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and ideally one year of experience in an acute care setting. A CNA or PCT certification is preferred, and BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
