Job summary

The Director of Insights & Measurement leads the Measurement & Modeling team within the UX Research & Insights organization, focusing on data-driven decision making, developing measurement strategies leveraging AI, and building high-performing teams to support strategic product decisions and solve business challenges in a fast-paced, AI-native enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

The Director of Insights & Measurement will lead the Measurement & Modeling team to define product measurement strategies and drive strategic product decisions. They will foster cross-functional collaboration to align product quality and user experience with company-level outcomes using advanced AI capabilities.

Qualifications

AI Capabilities Analytics Data Analytics Data Science Leadership Measurement & Modeling Product Metrics Stakeholder Management Statistical Analysis UX Research

Candidates must have 12+ years of experience in UX research, data science, or analytics, with at least 6 years in a leadership capacity. A strong technical background in Snowflake, Python, and AI-driven workflows is required, along with an advanced or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
