Job summary

Home infusion nurse providing clinical care for patients receiving infusion therapies such as antibiotics, biologics, IV fluids, TPN/PPN, IVIG, blood products, and specialty medications in patients' homes, including PICC line and port care, patient assessments, education, and documentation. Requires RN license, infusion experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of infusion therapies in patients' homes, including antibiotics, biologics, and IV fluids. Perform clinical tasks such as PICC line care, patient assessments, and documentation while collaborating with the pharmacy and medical teams.

Qualifications

Biologics Administration Blood Product Management Documentation/EHR Infusion Therapy IV Pump Troubleshooting Patient Education Phlebotomy PICC Line Care Specialty Medications Venous Access

Requires an active New York State RN license and a minimum of 3 years of infusion nursing experience. Candidates must possess BLS certification and have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.
