Job summary

A housekeeping room attendant cleans and services guest accommodations, replenishes supplies, reports maintenance and security issues, and assists guests, primarily working indoors and outdoors in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and servicing of guest accommodations, including restocking supplies and linens according to resort standards. Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and lanais while reporting any maintenance issues or suspicious activity to security.

Qualifications

Cleaning Communication Customer Service Safety Procedures Time Management

Must be able to read assignment sheets and follow directions for the proper use of cleaning solutions. Candidates must be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs, as well as pushing carts over 50 lbs.
