Job summary

A housekeeping room attendant cleans guest rooms, replenishes supplies, reports maintenance issues, and assists guests in a hospitality resort setting.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and servicing of guest accommodations, including rooms, suites, and baths, according to resort standards. Replenish guest room supplies and linens while reporting any maintenance needs or suspicious activity.

Qualifications

Cleaning Customer Service Time Management

Must be able to read assignment sheets and follow directions for the proper use of cleaning solutions. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and pushing or pulling housekeeping carts weighing over 50 lbs.
