Job summary

Maintenance Operative responsible for general building maintenance, fault-reporting, safety standards, liaising with subcontractors, PAT testing, and minor repairs to ensure properties are safe, functional, and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Provide general building maintenance and ensure properties meet Home Office safety and service standards. Manage faults via the AORA IT system, conduct PAT testing, and coordinate with approved subcontractors.

Qualifications

Requires experience in building maintenance or a relevant trade and a valid UK driving licence. Candidates must be able to pass BPSS and potentially higher security clearances.
