Job summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will lead kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safety, while managing and motivating the team during busy service times.

Responsibilities

You will lead the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently while maintaining high food quality and presentation standards. Additionally, you will deputise for the management team and ensure all hygiene and safety regulations are strictly followed.
