Job summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will lead the kitchen team ensuring high standards in food prep, presentation, hygiene, and safety. You will support team coordination, handle issues in absence of management, and maintain quality service during busy periods.

Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently and every dish meets high quality standards. Coordinate team activities during busy periods and deputise for the management team when necessary.

Qualifications
