Job summary

Part-time Customer Service Advisor supporting customer interactions, resolving queries, and managing records in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and emails, resolve queries, and provide a positive customer experience. Accurately process customer orders using AS400 or SAP, maintain customer records and support documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Candidates should have proven customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
