The HR Lead within the Global Human Resources Functions acts as an embedded partner supporting HR duties such as staffing, employee relations, training, compensation, performance management, and organizational health. They work closely with management and HR teams to guide HR strategies, analyze data, resolve employee issues, and lead HR projects while advising on policies and workforce planning.
