Job summary

Seeking a compassionate Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive gastrointestinal care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, assess, diagnose, prescribe treatments, and coordinate patient care as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

The provider will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with gastrointestinal conditions within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust comprehensive care plans for residents.

Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, a DEA license, and BLS/BCLS certification. A Master's degree in Nursing and at least six months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing are required.
