A HUGE time saver, and entering all my information was really easy. Highly recommended.
It is easy to use, and I am hopeful I will have a job within a few days.
I have not actually tried the service yet, but you can just tell it is the kind of site that would edge out the competition, especially with how affordable the subscription is.

I have not landed a role yet, still working through interviews, but once I started with AIApply I had 4 interviews booked in the first week! Before that I poured a ton of time, and honestly a lot of money, into LinkedIn Premium and Indeed, and neither got me real results across six whole months. I wanted to share an updated review after my recent time with AIApply and the Interview Buddy feature. I initially ran into setup and functionality problems with Interview Buddy during Microsoft Teams interviews, but the support team reached out and worked through it with me until it was sorted. I really appreciate that they took my feedback on board and stepped in to fix things. My main concern was around how clear the setup was and how responsive support could be, especially for a paid product you are relying on in time-sensitive interviews. Since then the support experience has got better and the issue has been resolved.
The features are friendly, fast, and nicely customised. Really great.

Refunds and cancellations
Some customers were unhappy with how a refund or cancellation request was handled.
Our answer
Our refund rules are written down in advance, in section 10 of the Terms of Service, so nobody has to guess. A refund may be granted when a verified technical problem prevents you from using the service, or when you report an accidental purchase within 30 minutes and have not used it. Auto Apply works differently: once applications have been submitted for you, the work has been done and its cost incurred, so it cannot be refunded. We think it is fairer to say this clearly than to promise something we cannot offer.

- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.

Auto Apply works from what you tell it: your resume, the roles you are targeting and your preferences. The clearer those are, the closer the applications are to what you want, and very broad settings give broad results. The goal is applications that are tailored to each job, with a resume and cover letter adapted to the description, which is the part reviewers praise most. When results do not match, we want to hear it, because that is how the matching gets better.
