I initially ran into setup and functionality problems with Interview Buddy during Microsoft Teams interviews, but the support team reached out and worked through it with me until it was sorted. I really appreciate that they took my feedback on board and stepped in to fix things. My main concern was around how clear the setup was and how responsive support could be, especially for a paid product you are relying on in time-sensitive interviews. Since then the support experience has gotten better and the issue has been resolved.
