Job summary

Support and manage corporate IT systems, hardware, software, and user inquiries for Trainline. Handle incident resolution, asset management, meeting room AV support, and ensure security standards compliance. Collaborate with teams to improve IT services and support internal events.

Responsibilities

The IT Support Analyst will manage the ticket lifecycle, provide proactive incident resolution, and perform diagnostics to ensure high availability of IT services. They are also responsible for end-user support, asset management, and maintaining AV/VC solutions for meeting rooms and internal events.

Qualifications

Active Directory Apple ecosystem Atlassian Azure Active Directory Intune JAMF M365 Networking TCP/IP DNS DHCP Slack Windows 11

Candidates must have solid experience with Windows 11, the Apple ecosystem, and enterprise mobile device management systems like JAMF and Intune. A strong background in SaaS applications, Active Directory, and providing exceptional customer service in a technical support environment is required.
