Job summary

We build the AI layer of the CPQ platform, focusing on Python services that enable natural language transaction management through multi-agent architectures, orchestration, and state management, involving full-stack work in Python, Java/Spring Boot, and React/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

You will lead the design and development of agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and the execution runtime for the CPQ platform. Additionally, you will engage in forward-deployed engineering to adapt these systems to real-world customer workflows and integrate them with the core ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

Agent Systems Async Python LangChain LangGraph LLM Python React Spring Boot TypeScript WebSockets

The role requires 8+ years of production software experience with a strong focus on shipping LLM-powered agentic systems and full-stack fluency. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in Python, async architectures, and the ability to navigate both frontend and backend services.
