Job summary

We build the AI layer of the CPQ platform, focusing on Python services that enable natural language transaction management through multi-agent architectures, orchestration, and state management, involving full-stack work in Python, Java/Spring Boot, and React/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

You will lead the design and development of agentic AI systems for the CPQ platform, focusing on multi-agent orchestration and agent execution runtimes. Additionally, you will engage in forward-deployed engineering to adapt these systems to real-world customer workflows and integrate them with the core ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

Agent Systems Async Python LangChain LangGraph LLM Python React Spring Boot TypeScript WebSockets

Candidates must have 8+ years of production software experience with significant expertise in shipping LLM-powered agentic systems and full-stack development. Strong proficiency in Python, async programming, and the ability to navigate Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript environments is required.
