Job summary

Carry out routine and reactive building services maintenance, supervise subcontractors, operate safety procedures, and manage plant and environmental systems.

Responsibilities

The Building Services Engineer is responsible for performing routine preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant equipment. They must also supervise sub-contractors, manage site safety documentation, and ensure all maintenance activities are recorded accurately in the computer-based maintenance system.
