Job summary

Static Building Services Engineer responsible for maintaining building plant, managing reactive and routine maintenance, supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance, utilizing BMS systems, and documenting activities to support building operations.

Responsibilities

The Building Services Engineer is responsible for performing routine preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant equipment. They must also manage sub-contractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain accurate records within the maintenance management system.
