Job summary

A Building Services Engineer position supporting and maintaining mechanical and electrical building systems in a premium London office environment, focusing on planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, compliance, and client support, with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support mechanical and electrical building services systems to ensure safety and compliance in a premium office environment. Perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and monitor critical plant systems and BMS alarms.

Qualifications

BMS systems CAFM systems Compliance & statutory inspections Electrical Engineering Emergency lighting Fault finding HVAC systems Mechanical Engineering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Reactive Maintenance

Requires a trade background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with City & Guilds Level 2/3 certifications or equivalent. Must have experience in building services or facilities management, including HVAC and CAFM system usage.
