Is Your Data Safe With AIApply?
AIApply handles your resume, your work history and, with Auto Apply, access to a mailbox. Here is how we handle that data, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Where data is stored
We host personal data in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, on Google Cloud in the UK and Finland regions. Our product analytics run on PostHog EU Cloud.
Do we sell it?
No. We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery and security providers.
Interview Buddy and AI providers
We do not keep raw audio after transcription. The providers we use for speech-to-text and language models act as subprocessors and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own training or unrelated purposes. Transcripts stay in your account until you delete them.
Auto Apply mailbox
We keep your Auto Apply mailbox while you have an active paid service and for 3 months after your last paid service ends, then delete it permanently.
Marketing and ads
If you consent through the cookie banner, we can share a hashed version of your email address with Google Ads to build advertising audiences. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights
