Maintenance Operative responsible for delivering property maintenance services, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance across properties in Cumbria. The Maintenance Operative will provide general building maintenance services across a defined portfolio to ensure properties are safe, functional, and compliant with standards. Responsibilities include reporting faults, liaising with subcontractors, performing PAT testing, and managing garden and furniture repairs.

Qualifications
