Job summary

The GTM Strategy & Operations Associate will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth, focusing on identifying revenue opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, analyzing sales data, and supporting strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, working closely with senior leaders in a hybrid office environment.

Responsibilities

The associate will design go-to-market strategies, manage global sales quotas, and drive strategic planning initiatives to accelerate revenue growth. They will also build data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Business Intelligence (BI) Tools Communication Cross-functional Collaboration Data Analysis Financial Modeling Leadership Presentation Skills Project Management SQL Strategic Planning

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in GTM strategy, management consulting, or investment banking with strong quantitative modeling skills. Proficiency in SQL or BI tools is highly valued, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
