Job summary

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Retail Operations team, focusing on billing, enrollment, regulatory compliance, broker commissions, and customer support for commercial electricity customers in ERCOT and PJM. Qualifications

Billing Systems (Vertexone) Customer Service Data Analysis Energy Markets Knowledge Operational Support Power BI Python Regulatory Compliance SQL Tableau

Requires 3+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or regulatory roles, preferably within the energy or utilities sector. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools is a plus, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
