Responsibilities

The Recruitment Coordinator will manage end-to-end interview logistics, maintain the Applicant Tracking System, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, the role involves overseeing offer generation, tracking hiring metrics, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
