Job summary

A registered nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care, supervises nursing staff, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards in a long-term care setting. They promote resident-centered care and work in a faith-based community to improve residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the daily activities of LPNs and nursing assistants. The role ensures all care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining a person-centered environment.

Qualifications

geriatric nursing laws and regulations medical practices nursing patient care

Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited program and hold an active RN license in the state. Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility is preferred.
