Job summary

Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health therapy to individuals, families, and groups. Assess psychological needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions for various mental health issues. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

The therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while performing comprehensive psychological assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. They will also provide crisis intervention and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

Anger Management Behavioral Health Counseling Psychology Crisis Intervention Family Therapy Group Therapy Life Transitions Psychotherapy Teletherapy Platforms Trauma-Informed Care

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure. Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and experience in mental health counseling are required.
