Job summary

Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health therapy to individuals, families, and groups to support emotional well-being, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

The therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while performing comprehensive psychological assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. They will also provide crisis intervention and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess or be eligible for state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and experience in mental health counseling are required.
